With the reservation you authorize the debit of the 20% deposit on the credit card provided.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The credit card also serves as a guarantee for any damage discovered upon departure.
The remaining amount is paid on site. The accepted payment methods are: cash (up to € 4.999), credit card, debit card, advanced bank transfer.
Changes of the booking
In case of a change of the reservation (arrival or departure day), the price available online at the time of the change will be applied.
In case of an early departure, the total amount will be charged according to the booking.
Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge until the deadline indicated on the reservation (from a minimum of 7 days to 14 days before arrival), to be communicated via email.
The 20% advance deposit will be returned.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the 20% deposit won’t be refunded.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax not included. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on site before departure. Any exemptions are to be reported at the reception.
